Open SHTF Fit, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Confirm, and it is done right away. For security you may be asked to log in again first.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot get into it, email shtffitupdates@proton.me with the subject "Delete my account". Write from the email address you signed up with (if you signed in with Telegram, include your Telegram username instead). To protect your account we may ask you to confirm it is really you before deleting anything. We will delete your account and reply once it is done - we aim to do this within 30 days.
Your signed safety record. Your signed legal name, the date, the version of the disclaimer, the risk level the app worked out, and the health conditions you listed when you signed. It is a legal record that you confirmed your answers and agreed to the terms, and of what the app decided at that moment. It is used for nothing else and never shared. We keep it for as long as we may need it to respond to a legal claim.
We also keep simple totals, such as how many people have started a new block or used a coupon code. Those contain nothing that identifies you.
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a purchase made through Google Play or the App Store. The purchase stays with your store account, so if you sign up again you can tap "Restore" on the unlock screen to get your access back. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from (Google Play or the App Store). If you got access with a coupon code, deleting your account ends that access.
